4. Next, proceed to add to card and checkout.

5. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be arranged for processing within 1 – 2 working days.
HOW LONG IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
We work around the clock to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. We make it a priority to have quick turnaround times for all orders.

Typically, we process all orders within 1-3 business days, except bulk orders or custom necklaces that may require longer processing time. During gift season like Christmas, the processing time will be slightly delayed (3 – 5 working days).

If you in need a fast turnaround time or would like more information about our processing times, feel free to live chat with us, and we will be happy to answer any questions you might have!
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER?

Otherwise, please look for a notification of attempted delivery, you may find it in your letter box.
