2. Choose the product and design options to personalise your own design (example product size, colour and your personalised font style and font colour.)
3. Finally, enter name or text in the “personalisation box”.
4. Next, proceed to add to card and checkout.
5. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be arranged for processing within 1 – 2 working days.
We work around the clock to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. We make it a priority to have quick turnaround times for all orders.
Typically, we process all orders within 1-3 business days, except bulk orders or custom necklaces that may require longer processing time. During gift season like Christmas, the processing time will be slightly delayed (3 – 5 working days).

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be amended in our system. Please contact Customer Relations via Live Chat or email. We would assist you to waive off the additional shipping fee.

All parcels will be delivered with trackable postage. Please check the shipping confirmation email/SMS to track your parcel.
If the tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered, please check if someone else at your address has accepted it, alternatively your parcel may have been left with a neighbour.
Otherwise, please look for a notification of attempted delivery, you may find it in your letter box.
In case you cannot locate your parcel, please contact customer relations, please have your order number and tracking number to hand.
